Our ‘basic’ package is $5,000 and includes:
You (customer) provide:
Data from ≤200 individual organisms of a single species
10-20 microsatellite loci
1-2 Sanger sequenced genes (nuclear or mitochondrial)
OR
Pre-processed genome-wide SNP data:
Either genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) or restriction-site associated DNA sequencing (RADseq)
We use standard software programs to complete the following analyses:
One clustering analysis (STRUCTURE) to identify number and geographic structuring of populations
The following summary statistics for entire sample and each identified population:
F-statistics
expected and observed heterozygosity
nucleotide diversity
Reconstruction of one phylogenetic tree (Sanger sequenced genes and genomic data only)
Outlier tests for SNP loci under selection (genomic data only)
We provide you with the following products:
Table(s) of data output
Formatted data files and computer code used for analyses
Presentation-ready figures from each analysis
Principle literature review
Written report including description of methodology, results, and interpretation of results
Candidate SNPs showing signatures of local adaptation (genomic data only)
